3. Preorders & Made-to-Order Merchandise

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product information before purchasing a preorder or made-to-order item.

Production timelines listed on the website are estimates unless otherwise specifically stated. Production and delivery may be affected by manufacturing schedules, shipping carriers, holidays, weather, supply availability, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Placing an order for a preorder item reserves your merchandise for the applicable production run.

4. Final Sale Policy

Unless otherwise stated, preorder, made-to-order, customized, personalized, clearance, and final-sale merchandise is FINAL SALE.

Customers are responsible for confirming their selections, including size, quantity, color, style, and personalization, before submitting an order.

We do not provide refunds or exchanges because of:

• Incorrect size selection by the customer
• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong color or style
• Failure to review product information
• Preference after receiving the merchandise

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact Flyers Spirit according to our Refund & Return Policy.

5. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled, changed, or modified.

Flyers Spirit reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order when necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, or other circumstances that prevent fulfillment.

If Flyers Spirit cancels an order that has already been paid for and cannot be fulfilled, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Customers are responsible for all applicable charges associated with their purchase, including product costs, shipping charges, and applicable taxes.

Flyers Spirit is not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect customer-provided addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Purchase of a product does not transfer ownership of the design, artwork, branding, or other intellectual property associated with that product.

Any school names, logos, trademarks, or other third-party intellectual property appearing on merchandise remain the property of their respective owners where applicable.
